What started as a bold idea turned into an extraordinary seven-day build that pushed creativity, endurance, and craftsmanship to their limits. Delivered to the Taghazout Skatepark community, this project isn't just a miniature ramp — it's a statement that finger skateboarding has officially arrived on Moroccan soil.

The park was brought to life by two builders with a shared passion for the craft. Measuring 2.60 × 1.30 meters and weighing in at 600 kg of hand-mixed concrete, this is no small feat — literally or figuratively. Every bowl, rail, and transition was shaped by hand, giving the park an authenticity and soul that no machine could replicate.

Building a professional finger skatepark from scratch in just one week is no easy task. Every kilogram of concrete was mixed entirely by hand — a back-breaking, relentless process that demanded total dedication from the team. The collaboration between the two main builders brought a unique balance of technical skill and artistic vision to every curve and transition in the park.

The mosaic work wrapping around the park adds a distinctive Moroccan identity to the build — a beautiful fusion of street culture and local artistry. Artists @chlo.natura, @charlotte.goret, and @julia.jrm contributed their talent to the concrete process and the mosaic decoration, making this park as visually striking as it is skateable.

Finger skateboarding has been growing steadily across Europe and the rest of the world, but professional-grade infrastructure has been slow to follow — especially in Africa. This park changes that narrative. Taghazout, already known as a surf and skate destination, now has a legitimate finger skate spot that can host sessions, events, and inspire a whole new generation of riders.
